I did an undergraduate degree at the London School of Economics. During my university years, my baking hobby turned into something more serious when I founded the LSESU Baking Society with some friends. My passion took off, as an amateur baker, I won the 2014 LSE FoodCycle Society Bake Off and the 2014 London Inter-University Bake Off. 

After graduating from university, I started my training at Le Cordon Bleu London and have recently completed the course with great success. Drawing inspiration from books and various social media outlets, I love testing and developing recipes. The food photography and recipes featured here reflect my pastry-making philosophy—the dual importance of refined taste and sophisticated presentation.
